For the Upfront Summit 2026 in Los Angeles, EFX took full ownership of the stage from concept engineering to final installation. Starting with detailed CAD modeling, our team engineered every structural component — accounting for load distribution, modular assembly, and real-world install conditions.
We developed high-fidelity 3D renderings to dial in sightlines, proportions, and camera-facing aesthetics, ensuring the stage performed just as well on screen as it did in person. From there, we translated the digital model into a full-scale build, utilizing precision fabrication, CNC-cut elements, and engineered assemblies to maintain tight tolerances across every component.
Every piece was fabricated in-house, pre-fit, and assembled with efficiency in mind, allowing for a smooth on-site install and flawless execution under event timelines. The final result was a structurally sound, visually clean, and production-ready stage that met the demands of a high-profile, camera-driven event.
